Richard H. Fessenden

Richard has been practicing law for nearly 35 years.  His practice concentrates on real estate, small business, financial counseling, bankruptcy and estates.  He is counsel to the Jamestown Housing authority and examining counsel for First American Title Insurance Company.  Richard is an avid scuba diver, and also enjoys serving as a board member and treasurer of the Lucile M. Wright Air Museum.  Formerly, Richard served as the attorney for the village of Falconer, Associate Corporation Counsel for the City of Jamestown and was an Assistant Public Defender for the County of Chautauqua. Mr. Fessenden is a graduate of Syracuse Law School.

 

J. Kevin Laumer

Kevin has been a trial attorney for almost 30 years.  His current practice focuses on civil litigation primarily in the area of personal injuries involving work-related injuries, products liability and automobile accidents. Previously, Kevin served as Public Defender for the County of Chautauqua.  Throughout his career, Kevin has successfully tried a wide spectrum of cases as well as presenting appeals to the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court and the New York State Court of Appeals. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and the Western Districts of both the New York and Pennsylvania federal district courts.  Kevin is also a member of the New York Trial Lawyers Association, American Association of Justice (formerly ATLA) and the American Inns of Court. Mr. Laumer is a graduate of SUNY Buffalo Law School.

 

Charles S. DeAngelo

Chuck has been practicing law for over 25 years. He is a general practitioner with a focus on social security disability, labor law and litigation. A former staff attorney for the Teamsters International Union in Washington, D.C., Chuck has presented cases at the Supreme Court, Appellate Division, and Court of Appeals levels in the New York Courts. He is admitted to practice law in New York, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. Chuck has provided experienced representation to both public and private unions in Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties. Chuck has also served as an arbitrator and currently is the Regional Attorney for C.S.E.A. Chuck has made presentations on a number of labor related issues including: Interest Arbitration, Discipline & Discharge of Public Employees, E-mail Communications in the workplace, an overview of Labor Laws, Steward Training for private and public sector unions, and Ethical Issues in a Deposition Context. Chuck has volunteered to assist numerous social action agencies, including the Chautauqua County Youth Hockey Association Sled Hockey program, the Jamestown Bar Association - currently serving as its President, and the Hunter's Hope Foundation, Inc., serving as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. DeAngelo is a graduate of Georgetown Law School.

 

Neil M. Robinson

Neil has 30 years of legal experience concentrating in the areas of real estate, small businesses and estates.  Neil provides representation for buyers, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions.  He is also examining counsel for First American Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and Land America Title Insurance Company.  In the community, Neil is counsel for the towns of Harmony and Ellery in Chautauqua County and serves as president of the Bemus Point Historical Society.  Prior to joining Fessenden, Laumer & DeAngelo, Neil was First Assistant District Attorney in Chautauqua County for 19 years. Mr. Robinson is a graduate of Cleveland Marshall College of Law.

 

Mary B. Schiller

Mary has been a practicing attorney for almost 20 years.  Mary's current practice focuses on civil litigation.  Throughout her tenure with Fessenden, Laumer and DeAngelo, Mary has successfully represented clients in numerous complex product liability cases as well as automobile accidents, premises liability, construction accidents and many other civil actions.  Mary is a board member for the Chautauqua Cemetery Association and the Lions Club, as well as a member of the Chautauqua Region Community Foundation and the Chautauqua County Humane Society; Mary has previously served as town justice for the town of Chautauqua and as an Assistant County Attorney for Chautauqua County.  Ms. Schiller is a graduate of SUNY Buffalo Law School.

 

Daniel T. Gullotti

Dan has been practicing law for over 20 years.  Since joining Fessenden, Laumer and DeAngelo in 1994, Dan has concentrated his practice on Workers Compensation Law.  Over the past 13 years, Dan has successfully represented countless employees injured at work.  Dan has experience litigating all types of work related injuries including back, neck, torn rotator cuffs, knee replacements, loss of appendages, loss of hearing, carpal tunnel, severe scarring, and death.  Dan  routinely represents clients in both Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties.  Mr. Gullotti is a graduate of Albany Law School.

 

Peter R. Johnson

Since 2001, Peter has focused his practice in the areas of criminal defense, matrimonial and family law.  Over the years, Peter has represented and successfully defended numerous persons accused of DWIs, larcenies, vehicle and traffic violations and various other criminal felonies and misdemeanors.  In matrimonial and family court matters, Peter represents spouses seeking divorce and custody of children, as well as support for both custodial and non-custodial parents.  Peter sits on the Board of the Eastside Family YMCA and is the treasurer and secretary of the Jamestown Bar Association.  Mr. Johnson is a graduate of Indiana Law School.
